What SabaiCare Is
SabaiCare is a directory of elderly care providers in Thailand. We list nursing homes, home care services, dementia and memory care, rehabilitation centres, day care, and assisted living - with transparent indicative pricing, so families can compare options before contacting anyone. "Sabai" (สบาย) is Thai for comfortable and at ease, which is what good care should feel like.
Why It Exists
Thailand has 2,331 registered elderly care businesses (Department of Business Development, Thailand, June 2025), including 1,475 home care operators and 810 long-stay facilities. Yet most families still find care through word of mouth, because there has been no single place to compare providers, prices, and specialisations. SabaiCare is that place.
How We Keep It Honest
- No fabricated reviews or ratings.We don't publish star ratings we can't verify. Listings show facts: care types, capacity, languages, certifications, and indicative pricing.
- Sourced market data. Market statistics come from the Department of Business Development, Thailand. Facility details come from the facilities themselves and published sources.
- Clear about paid placement.Featured facilities pay for placement and are always labelled "Featured". Payment never changes the facts shown on a listing.
- Free for families. Searching, comparing, the care assessment, and the cost guide are free. We make money from provider subscriptions, not from families.
